Dr. Navjot Kaur earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at University of California, Irvine while simultaneously completing her pre-med prerequisites. She received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2014.
Dr. Kaur strives to spread knowledge that nutrition and lifestyle are the staple to overall health. She is dedicated to teaching her patients how food choices can be toxic to our systems and helps guide them through lifestyle changes to honor their body and those choices. She is committed to proactively getting to the root of health issues with a more holistic approach rather than masking symptoms with pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Kaur’s journey with Tustin Longevity Center began long before her practicing medicine. She started volunteering at TLC in 2008 after her husband was treated, and healed, by Dr. Rita Ellithorpe. After joining the front office staff where she was inspired by Dr. Ellithorpe and decided to pursue a career in medicine herself. Dr. Kaur came back to Tustin Longevity Center as a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor in May 2015 ready to assist her patients through nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, lifestyle and dietary modifications, counseling, and nutritional supplementation.
