Question

“Does it break your fast if you take NT Factor and SBI Protect since they have some calories?”

Answer

NT Factor is a nutrient supplement rich and phospholipids that the cell membrane uses for every cell membrane in your body, but in particular your gut. Your gut has a very high turnover. SBI Protect is a nutrient supplement that has immunoglobulins in it, IGA, secretory IGA immunoglobulins that help protect the immune system and protein.

Technically, I should say, yes, it breaks it. But practically speaking, no it doesn’t. I wouldn’t hesitate to using it on an actual fast of eating foods.

Question

“How long after eating do you have to wait to take this?”

Answer

It is probably best to take SBI Protect and the phospholipid NT Factor powders on an empty stomach. Typically, first thing in the morning and maybe last thing at night you could use it more often. I would probably wait three hours to have an empty stomach after eating. And that would be my recommendations.

Question

“Thoughts on CBN capsules for sleep?”

Answer

I’m not familiar with that acronym CBN capsules. I’m presuming that is probably some cannabinoids concentrate. Let me see if on my other computer I can rev this up. I forgot to get it ready.

I’m not against cannabinoids. Your body has cannabinoid receptors on all cell surfaces. There are many kinds of cannabinoids. That is not the THC that does the psychoactive impact.

Let’s put in CBN capsules for sleep. CBN oil is a whole plant extract containing a full spectrum of naturally occurring synergistic cannabinoids and terpenes. So, indeed, I’m not against it. You have to have quality control, you have to have a general manufacturing good practices, you have to have analytical assays of the samples so that you are putting out a consistent product out. Whether or not it is happening with this, I can’t speak to it. I don’t have access to it or doing that kind of assays. But hopefully it’s a good product. The concept is okay.

Question

“It is a product at a Pharmacy in Santa Ana.”

Answer

Hopefully they have more information, experientially or with some production of analytical assays.

Question

“It is a cannabinoid drug product. It comes in gummies too, but sugar in those.”

Answer

Yeah, you would want to try and stay away from those. Hopefully that gives you my take on that. I’m certainly not against cannabinoids and certainly yes there are receptors in our body throughout them.

Question

“Your TLC Sleep Aid I have used for five nights. It is not helping me with sleep. Do you have another sleep aid that might be better?”

Answer

TLC Good Night has it in the melatonin and some herbs that are supportive of sleep. But it could be if you just use 5-HTP, that’s very often something very calming and sleep enhancing. You can also try Optimag Neuro, that’s a rich protein which is in a liquid form powder with water that you can drink. You can take that in addition to TLC Good Night or with 5-HTP. I don’t know if you are on natural hormones. Progesterone is a natural hypnagogic. All these things are a component of that.

Question

“I’ve struggled for a long time with hay fever, allergies, sinus infections. And recently with increased pollution where we live, some throat, chest irritation. Any suggestions to find some relief?”

Answer

Yes, in general, you have to be well hydrated. Water is very, very important to help move away materials that are irritating and to also bring in healing and repair of the endothelial and alveolar linings and the mucosal cell membranes. Eating a healthy diet rich in phospholipids, fats and proteins, drinking plenty of water, and getting a good night’s sleep.

But now, outside of those self-disciplines, you can clog it up by eating too much sugar, too many carbs, too much starch, high fructose corn syrup. And you can also aggravate your immune system by taking too many components in your diet. Like having a breakfast full of variety of things and spices in your breakfast. And then, smoothies made of all manner of things. And then, snacks made of all manner and a variety of things. And then, lunches that are full of all kind of things, more snacks, and then dinner. As well as eating late at night. That creates a tremendous immune stress when you’d like your immune system to be calm, it’s already flared up trying to work protect whatever is sent down your throat. So, the more simple you eat, the better as well.

Supplement wise, Quercetin is a very natural antihistamine. Quercetin also acts as an ionophore, which helps the transport through cell members of Zinc in case there are viral illnesses on top of the allergies. I personally have bad allergies. Your blood-type does matter. B-type blood, has the highest incidence of chronic allergies. That is just a feature. I always take Quercetin. And it could be one of the reasons that I do so well staying healthy. I am always full of Quercetin. I take 800-milligrams every day. I used two Quercetin from the Ortho Molecular Company called D-Hist. This is to calm down the histaminic reactions of pollens and stuff.

I have an air filter in my office. The other thing is, I take a good amount of zinc in a multi-mineral. I also take enzymes which are anti-inflammatory, systemic enzymes to quiet down the inflammation of anything that is triggered. Those would be my initial statements. The other thing is, if you feel you are getting a sinus congestion, Argentyn, or over the counter is called Sovereign Silver. These are nasal sprays I spray up my nose liberally. I must do this almost every night. When I’m seeing patients every day, every week of my life for decades, I have been exposed to so much. So, when I take the Argentyn, it’s an antiviral, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal. And then my lifestyle, my water, my enzymes, my Quercetin, my multi-mineral, and good amount of Vitamin D to keep my immune system functioning optimally. Those are good starter points for you.

Question

“In reference to LifeWave X49 patches, are you familiar with them being able to stop or slow down bone loss?”

Answer

Energetically, these crystals that are associated and activated by putting them on as a patch on your body over your spine and everywhere, these energetic crystals resonate with us being electrochemical beings. There is a book called, Vibrational Medicine that was put out in the late 70s, early 80s. And the other one was, My Body, Electric put out in the 1980s. These absolutely identify the electrochemical essence of our being, even our cell membranes have a transmembrane potential. So, anything that works in synergy, you might say electronic wave wise, will enhance cell functions. So, absolutely. It is in the same zone as electromagnetic therapies, acupuncture, the beamer mat, which has an electronical signal that you sit on. So, there are all kinds of energy signals. And I think LifeWave is very valid.

Question

“5-HTP works very well for me, 200-milligrams nightly.”

Answer

Well, there you go. 5-hydroxytryptophan. But it’s also calming as well.

Question

“My mom is 82-years-young. She has severe osteoporosis and arthritic conditions in her spine and hips. She does not want to take the medications for osteoporosis due to the side effects but is experiencing ongoing pain. What do you suggest? She recently just started having hot flashes, sleep disturbances, probable hormonal changes, I’m guessing. What do you recommend?”

Answer

Well, she should be seen by her doctor. If she were my patient at 82-years-young, we would evaluate her with a thorough physical, look at her most recent bone density, and make sure that it’s up to date. We would look at any osteoarthritic potentials, get her blood type. We would look at her weight, look at her body mass index, hip to waist ratio. And we would, with her blood type and age, most people that age do not digest well anyway. So, we would say since our cells and bones are made of the same thing as the rest of your body, protein and fat, it is harder for older people to digest and absorb their proteins and fats to help build their muscles so they don’t lose their muscle mass so they can support their skeleton. It is important for their mineralization to have good digestive enzymes so that it would give them digestive enzymes when they each.

Systemically God gave us systemic enzymes to take on an empty stomach. This is a different kind of enzyme to take in the morning and evening to reduce the inflammation of pain. The older you get, the more dirty and dusty your house gets, you might say, and God uses water and enzymes like soap suds to clean us out and make us loosey-goosey.

I’m right behind your grandmother, I will be 70 soon enough. I don’t have any pain. I drink half my weight in pounds as ounces. I get a good night's sleep every night. I do resistance training, weight training muscle workout, heavy lifting three times a week for 20-minutes. I do Pilates twice a week for an hour for stretching. I eat low carb. I eat a heavy, heavy protein fat. I’m largely carnivore. And then, I take my enzymes in the morning and evening. I take my multi-mineral and various other things. Plus, hormone replacement therapy.

Hormone replacement therapy is something that is supportive of your mood, your sleep, healing time, depth and quality of the sleep you get, skin integrity, mental acuity, memory, heart health, and your bone health. So, natural hormone replacement is not something that would be out of the picture. And definitely looking at her testosterone level, her adrenal, cortisol stress. If she eats heavy protein and fats, if she takes it with digestive enzymes, doesn’t eat late at night. Eating late at night will shut off healing. If she would consider some hormones, follow with a bone density. Get involved with some supervised weight training, resistance, or band therapy three times a week, 15-minutes, 20-minutes. Take Vitamin D with K2 to help stimulate the bones. I mean, there are many things we would do. Hopefully that helps you.

Question

“My daughter’s OBGYN says, all family members who want to be in close contact with a newborn expected in September, should get a D-TAP vaccine. I will get one but my husband refuses. Have you heard if the whooping cough is around OC and San Diego?”

Answer

Well, viruses and bacteria, whopping cough is pertussis, vaccines have been given for many years to children and families since the late 80s. It has been given to almost everyone as a requirement for school. Most adults have been exposed to the pertussis and it’s a mild cold. I think if you want to have your husband checked, just have him see the doctor to get antibodies, IgG serum antibodies. I’m not concerned that the adult would be an exposure. I don’t take care of newborns, so I’m not up on the current literature or reading on that. I would encourage you to try and get the pertussis antibody screened for your husband so that he can see the baby as well. And anyone else if they have concerns. If you have antibodies, you should do fine.

Question

“How to overcome leptin resistance besides a keto low carb diet or intermittent fasting? Any supplement recommendations or other things you can do?”

Answer

Well, yes, L-Carnitine helps with fatty acid transference for delivery from the storage site to active burning in the body for energy sources, maybe 500-milligrams, two or three times a day. Another thing is to use a thyroid or iodine support to optimize your thyroid production. I also think that weight resistance training, heavy lifting is known to stimulate mitochondria development in your cells to have more energy which means there will be a better ability to burn down carbohydrates and reduce insulin sensitivity. So, there are quite a few things in the natural functional world as well.

Question

“Any thoughts on iodine, monoatomic umbonate versus the diatomic? I just listened to a podcast that you need the monoatomic for better absorption.”

Answer

Well, that is splitting hairs. You could eat seawood. If you do enough of it, like they do in Japan, and kelp and stuff. I think Iodoral is an excellent source of 12.5-milligrams. You could use that. Put work with your doctors. So, what your free T3 is. Not the T4, the free T3. And your TSH. If they can do a 24-hour urine iodine collection from Doctors Data-- Most hospitals don’t do iodine sufficiency tests and they do it lousy when they try to do it. But at Doctor’s Data they have been doing for decades. It is very standardized and very revealing on how deficient we are.

So, build up your muscles mass, take L-Carnitine, and continue with the intermittent fasting and keto-type low carb diet. Add in iodine with the L-Carnitine, with your muscle resistance training, and that should be a very good first step.

Question

“Can I take thyroids in the evenings rather than in the mornings?”

Answer

Well, in general, thyroid supplements help to give you energy. And if you take it in the evening, you’ll wind up having some difficulty going to sleep. There are some people, however, who do find taking it in the evening-- So, I would say it’s not going to harm you to give it a try and see how well you sleep at night. Sleep is important. So, I would not let things disturb it. If you seem to think it’s not letting you get a good night’s sleep, I wouldn’t take it. But I have taken my thyroid as late as 6-o’clock at night and still get a good night’s sleep.

Question

“Tips on eating and supplements for stress and cortisol issues?”

Answer

Well, exercise is one of the best supports for stress, and for depression, and for anti-dementia, memory issues. So, exercise on a regular basis and reward yourself, pay yourself $5 for every time you go out during the week, and you put in some weight training and cardio training. I think you need to do this at least 150 minutes. If you broke that into, you know, two 45 minutes per weeks. So, you would need another one. So, essentially 150 minutes a week of mild to moderate. And some suggest doing, spurts of intensity. If you are on a walk, let’s say, for 30 minutes, after every minute or two, you walk as fast as you can, comfortably so you break out into a short run, increase the intensity for 30 seconds and drop down after a minute or two, that is very beneficial for stress.

Supplements, Dehydroepiandrosterone, which is called DHEA. 25 to 50 milligrams is always supportive of cortisol and adrenal function. A low carb diet, a diet richer in protein and fats are always supportive of our hormones. Because our hormones are made out of cholesterol and fat.

What else would help? 5-HTP. That also is very good at nighttime, to help sleep, and get a deeper sleep. Using natural hormones, progesterone, estradiol, that helps with adrenal and cortisol. And reading, prayer, meditation, socialization are very helpful with stress and cortisol.

Question

“Can you explain the interaction and relationship between iron in the body and the toxic heavy metals we are exposed to daily?”

Answer

Well, iron can become harmful just like water if you drink too much water it can become harmful. Too light of water can be harmful. Too light iron can be harmful. Too much iron can be harmful. Too little cooper can be harmful. Too high of cooper can be harmful. Too little magnesium can be harmful. Too high of magnesium can be harmful.

So, God has these metals, magnesium, iron, cooper, and others that are trace minerals. Pots and pans, I like to describe it as God’s pots and pans as a co-factor. So, if I want to make chicken soup. I turn the heat on and put a pot on there and dump water in it. Then I chop my onions, my carrots, my celery into it. And then, I chop my chicken into it and put my seasonings in it. I wind up with a good tasting chicken soup. But if I didn’t have that pot to put it in, I would just have water and a mess on the top of my stove. I would have extinguished the fire.

So, God’s minerals are his pots and pans that attract the things that he needs to bring a certain amino acid or a certain fat or items like this to create the links. And then, here is the metal it meets on and the pot and pan that enzyme comes and does it job. So, hopefully that can help you understand. Iron is important. It helps carry oxygen or allows the oxygen to be carried and transported throughout the body. Enough is good, too much is bad, too little is bad also.

Now, when we are doing EDTA chelation therapy, we are not pulling iron out of your body. I have never in, you know, half a century being around chelation, I have never seen mineral deficiencies of the good minerals. Now, we teach and I’m on the Board of the American Academy for the Advancement of Medicine and we teach chelation therapy. It is our standard protocol to ask each and every patient to eat well and take a good multi-mineral supplement all the time, especially when you’re on chelation. Not because we’ve proven that chelation is a risk for reducing nutrient minerals, but just because it is a good practice. And our studies on the trial did show the improvement in the best performance for cardiac recovery post-heart attack was in the person who chelated and was also on a very good powerful multi-mineral antioxidant multi vitamins. So, that’s the difference.

Question

“If IV EDTA chelation is a problem for me, what would be your second choice to remove heavy metals? Why or why not you use the oral pill and simple amino acid known as D-Penicillamine.”

Answer

Well, it shouldn’t be a problem for you. There is much less experience with D-Penicillamine. That is for more of a specific toxin. More, I believe, for mercury. There are many other side effects with it. The vast majority of the millions, and millions, and millions of IVs have been for EDTA safe enough for babies who have accidentally ingested lead based chips on the crib paint they teeth on and the wind sills they teeth on and the toys that were painted with lead paint. And we save their lives with it. So, it is safe enough for a baby of 20 pounds or so, it’s safe enough for us. It is the most broad spectrum. It has the most amount of toxins. It removes mercury, cadmium, and aluminum, and arsenic, and lead. And so, if you are going to say that I have one shot to do something good, I’m going to give EDTA, the safest, the longest used, most studied out there. I’m not going to experiment with my patients on oral things like this that are much more narrow.

I don’t make it my habit to be an expert on DSMA or D-Pencilliamine, these other very unique and targeted chelating agents. My experience had been, many decades ago, too many side effects. I have always steered clear. I’ve always done the safe for my patient. And I’m not worried nor have I ever seen a mineral deficiency developed from nutrient minerals from heavy metal chelation with chelation therapy IV.

The oral chelators, I’m not going to say they are bad. I’m just going to say they are only going to focus on inhibiting what’s gotten into your food that you’re eating. It’s there, it’s in every bit that you take because of the contamination of the dust and heavy metals from the chemtrails and such. So, I won’t say that it’s a useless thing. But to try and catch up for decades of damage, it’s not going to do the good you are hoping it is. And there are no studies to show this long term. We have many, many studies, National Institute of Health, on thousands of patients.

Question

“My functional doctor sent me the CDC report on Argentyn 23 Silver as a caution. Can you please explain in detail the advantages and disadvantages of using this product. I have been using it as a spray in my nostrils and I also ingest it three times a day. Do you have any articles on the subject?”

Answer

I’m not familiar with any article by the CDC on Argentyn 23. I know the CDC has been studying this. One of the 2009 studies was looking at nano-particulate silver, hydrosol, and killing Ebola. So, we know they know what it is. Remember I give the CDC an F. Because of their behavior and their background knowledge of things they didn’t make available to the public, I give them an F. So, it’s no concern to me if they are going to show a paper on something as safe as Argentyn 23, nano particulate 23-parts per billion of this silver and its value that I have seen in clinical work for decades and decades without any harm.

But send that article if you could to us as an attachment so that I can see it.

Question

“I got your sleep aid, TLC Good Night. I have been taking 5-milligrams of melatonin each night. Your supplement has other ingredients, so I thought it would work. I have taken it each night now for five nights. No success. I sleep in a dark room. No electronics. Silent fan to keep me cool. Do you have another sleep aid I could try? Your representative said to try the one that I bought for at least a week. I have two more nights to go. Please advise.”

Answer

I would say, one week is a good straight. I would add in the 5-HTP. I would add in OptiMag Neuro to be relaxing to help you get to sleep. Give that a try. And keep us informed.

Question

“About three years ago, I overstressed the shin on my right leg. I had been driving and it suddenly cramped up very severely. Ever sense then, it has been very sensitive. Lately, my whole leg from the buttock, outer thigh, and shin will bother me. Can you recommend exercises or supplements that might help? I am concerned as I will have to do some long distance driving soon.”

Answer

Number one thing, I don’t know your age or exactly who you are. The number one thing that I would recommend-- I was an ER doctor for many years and think of the worst possible thing. That would be a blood clot in your leg if this is with long driving episodes. You should see a doctor and have that evaluated.

Now, if it’s not a blood clot, they can do an ultrasound of your deep veins. The other thing, I go to because you are saying that it attaches to your shin, all the way along the thigh, up to your buttocks, I’m thinking of the iliotibial band syndrome. As we age, we tighten up, we stiffen up. And these become very problematic and progressive. These are things where certain stretches, absolutely good hydration, magnesium usage such as the OptiMag Neuro powder in a drink morning and before bed. And with Vitality C powder. They are very good anti-inflammatories. And take your Vascuzyme or Vitalzym. I would use five or eight, twice a day. And see if that with the magnesium, with stretching, with Vitamin C, with the enzymes, and adequate water, if you don’t get a breakthrough.

But do have your doctor see you and make sure that we are not talking about some missed deep venous thrombosis. And yes, Pilates, a prescription for physical therapy. But those items I suggested should be a good start for you.

Question

“I reacted terribly to Ortho Digestzyme,.I had heartburn and nausea. At one point, it felt like my esophagus was burning. I was taking two caps with every meal and then I went down to one per meal. Still the same symptoms. When I stopped Ortho Digestzyme, it all went away. Does that mean I had too much?

Answer

Probably. And I would only take Ortho Digestzyme after I eat a meal. So, that it is all filled with lots of food in the stomach. But if you are not a Blood Type A, you might be making enough digestive enzyme and do not need to use that until you become older. Usually around 50s, mid-50s, people start having digestive malfunction. So, if you’re in your 30s, 40s, young 50s, if you are an O type blood, you may not need it at all.

Question

“There is a new product to improve cellular nicotinamide, NAD. It has a form of niacin and resveratrol. What do you think of this? Do you think of NAD IVs to fight cellular aging?”

Answer

You know, there are what we would call pursuing the golden ring. And everything, you can make an argument and do a publication on the value of potassium and anti-aging. You can do something on the value of, you know, riboflavin and anti-aging, thiamin and anti-aging, B-12 and anti-aging, glutathione and anti-aging, NADH and anti-aging. I mean, it doesn’t end. Everything is important. We do not minimize anything. But we do not go nuts thinking that there is a golden ring that is going to stop our eventual aging and death. We all are appointed once to die. So, we want to have vitality and functionality until one night we go to bed, and we just don’t wake up. That’s the ideal, like in Genesis Chapter 50, Jacob draws up his knees into the bed and he gives up the ghost. And that’s my prayer to God, that I will stay functional and useful and meaningful with all my wits about me until that time. I also am committed in keeping my patients as healthy as possible for the longest time because I don’t think there has been a time more important than now for us to recommit to our faith and to our constitutional republic and the rule of law and the importance of our oaths, marriage, to our families, places of employment, and the value of God’s creation, mostly human beings. And with that, I don’t want to be sitting there at 75-years-old with a stroke and drooling and have my 8-year-old grandson come up to me, or my 15-year-old grandson come up and say, “How are you doing grandma?” And I just wave and I can’t have a conversation. I want to be able to say, “Let me tell you what it was like growing up on a farm in the 1950s. Let me tell you what it was like during the Vietnam War and things that I learned. Let me tell you what it was like going through the college, the sciences, or other things. Let me tell you what active duty was like. Let me tell you about what the importance of carrying my Bible to college with me every day. And on and on and on. I want to be able to be there, take the news, listen to their concern, share my history, and elevate my faith and God to them so that my children, grandchildren, friends, family, and patients, whatever they can be benefited by my experiences, I want to be an open book. And so, you can’t do that, you know, if you are all debilitated and you can’t recall or have memory. So, I want to keep everyone healthy.

And the good news is, it looks like we’ve been identified by Medicare, so pray for me, because Medicare is the government. And remember Reagan said, the most frightening words he ever heard mentioned was, “Hello, I’m from the government. I’m here to help you.” And since Medicare is from the government, we’ve had some concerns with them in the past. But for our patient sakes, we endure the grief and the trial of dealing with all the paperwork and nit picking and bureaucracy. Why? Because we love God’s creation.

But what’s happened is, they’ve done a study and they have discovered Tustin Longevity Center, Dr. Ellithorpe’s medicare patients appear to be the least sick and least demanding of medical care, treatment, hospitalizations, surgeries, and whatnot. So, much so, out of the region here that they looked at here in Southern California, compared to my peers in family practice, general practice, internal medicine, in that body of doctors with the same number of patients, I’m in the top 2% of those doctors costing the patients the least amounts. So, I have the healthiest patients. And then, out of that 2% they discovered doing a good job here, they say I’m in the 1% of that group. That means that I’m really up there. So, I give God thanks and all the praise in the world. And they are studying me so to say and they want to work with me. So, I need to make sure that I make the right decisions. I need your prayers that I’m not sucked into something with hidden rules and control of me. But I do want to teach what we’ve done. So, that gives back to where I want my patients to be healthy and long lived. I want my patients to have their wits about them to share with their children, their grandchildren, and great grandchildren. So, I’m expecting another grandchild any day now. At almost 70, I would like to see that young child grow and develop and give birth to my great grandchild. So, I need to stay healthy. So, when I go out to exercise, I’m thinking of those babies right now. I’m thinking of my sons right now. I’m thinking of my patients and want to stay in the peak of health for them.

If NAD infusions were the end all, be all, I would be on it. And I’m willing to still work. I’m working almost six days a week really still. Even though two doctors are back, and praise the Lord, they are the greatest doctors. But there is so much to teach and so much to do. And my son, who is running this, is having so many plans to help the dear people in the community. I am working all the time. I’m supposed to be off this week on vacation, but where am I at today, since 8 o’clock? I’m right here at the seat working. I love it. I love the learning. And I will look into anything you have that you want to send me on intravenous NAD. I think I saw this many, many, many years ago. I’m always looking. I’m always hoping.

Question

“Is it okay to drink water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar right after I take Levothyroxine and Liothyronine? Should there be a waiting period after I take my thyroid medicines?”

Answer

I don’t think that’s a problem. I see no biochemistry and analytical chemistry and my knowledge of your medicines that you are taking, I have no reason to say that is a problem.

Question

“Number two, I began taking Trintellix three months ago and iodine one month ago. I’m noticing an increase in my libido. Which of those two things do you think are contributing to a better libido? Probably the Trintellix, I am just now noticing the difference.”

Answer

That is reductionist therapy, and I am a systems kind of a doctor. I think everything matters. And so, it would be valuable enough to just say thyroid metabolic function, your iodine function is very important in your whole sense of being. And so, I’m not going to be a reductionist and say that it’s one thing or the other.

I appreciate the PhDs and I have many as my patients. And they are fine, meticulous reductionist work and it is so helpful to me. But we have to talk and communicate. And I think too often your medical doctors have become too distant from medical research.

And they really should try and get involved in doing publications. And by the grace of God, we've been able to do that. And that's why so enjoy my PhDs in biochemistry, and my PhDs in psychology, and my PhDs in science, and so forth. It is just a joy to see people serving one another for good reasons.

Question

“Does taking iodine cause flushing? I don’t just get hot flashes, my [inaudible] is red and I steadily feel hot.”

Answer

It is more likely that this from perimenopause or menopause. I don’t know your age at all. But I’ve never heard of iodine itself causing flushing.

Question

“I have a friend who is 68 and was in good health, healthy weight, exercises, no comorbidities. He is vaxed and boosted. He recently had an accident resulting in a torn rotator cuff. Less than 48 hours after outpatient surgery was performed, he came down with a horrible MRSA infection. He was placed on high IV doses of antibiotics and had additional procedures to treat the infection. Is there anything proactively he can do to assist his immune function to fight against this infection? He is making progress but it’s slow and painful.”

Answer

A high dose Vitamin C intravenously is very, very, very valuable. And oral Vitamin C to bowel tolerance until you start getting loose stools. Checking Vitamin D level and getting that D up to a about 100-micrograms per deciliter range. Not the wimpy 30 to 60 range. Also, using Argentyn Silver topically. Spraying it on to the area of concern on the skin. Being very low carb. Going on a fast, intermittent fasting. If he would restrict his eating to a four hour window, like noon to four, or two to six p.m., that stimulates growth repair. We do have a walk-in Vitamin C where you can have him come in and do it every day. We would have to do it aggressively. Those are some ideas for you and hopefully that helps.

Question

“What would you suggest to do for adult female acne? I had it since I was a teen and it never went away.”

Answer

Carbohydrates, usually this is a dietary thing because your skin is an organ, and it is a detox organ. So, I would do a very low carb diet. I would get Argentyn Silver and I would spray my face every night with it to decrease the bacterial content as well. And often systemic enzymes morning and evening are very good for that.

Most of the American diets, are just too many carbs. And that stimulates insulin. Insulin is a growth stimulator and an immune suppressant. So, one of the impacts of younger women all the way up into their 40s and 50s, I can say that now as I’m approaching 70, is that estrogen becomes whacky under a high influence of sugars.

Question

Question

“My wife, six months pregnancy, and low pain stomach?”

Answer

Well, that needs to be evaluated at six months. You want to make sure that we’re protecting the delivery of the baby. And that would be a very critical point. So, doing put off pain. You need to see your OBGYN. Tell them about it. Make sure it isn’t a urinary tract infection. Make sure that an ultrasound looking at where the placenta is implanted. It could be over the cervix. And you need to be checking that. There are various things that need to be checked on.

I like giving all my pregnant women, the antioxidants to help the baby and the mother and all people, I take it myself. The antioxidants in Juice Plus, at least 5000 international units of vitamin D, a good multi mineral vitamin, and iodine. Those are the four things I give for the best health.

Question

“Could you give a quick synopsis of why low carb typically resolves polycystic ovarian syndrome?”

Answer

Well, we don’t want to admit it. Just like we don’t want to admit that we have fallen short of the glory of God and really all the bad things that are happening with too big of government and all this deceit. We have not been watching or holding people accountable. So, I bring that up because we don’t want to admit that we are indulgent in our eating. All day long, people come to my desk here, and say, “I eat well.” And we do their lab and find their fasting blood sugars, their insulin, their hemoglobin A1C, triglyceride levels are all too high. Now, they may be thin on the inside, but they are fat on the inside. We are seeing liver enzymes from all this junk food, treats, juices, and fruity things that we are eating. All of that insulin and fruit sugar stimulates the pancreas to make insulin. Insulin is a primary growth factor in the human body. Yes, it goes up to try and help the sugar get into the cells for burning for energy. But when you are always taking in too many carbs, you are making the insulin come out. That insulin and the excess sugars are a metabolic stress. That stress inhibits ovulation. And so, the ovum doesn’t form or rupture out the cell, the ovum, the egg. And it just becomes a cyst on the ovary. And every month that happens and you get that over and over from these stressors, even the metabolic stresses of a high carb diet. And then what happens this is your fertility drops and you get hormonal imbalances, overweight, high blood pressure, diabetic tendencies, pre-diabetes, and on and on. All from our lousy American diet. And we won’t preach it. We won’t speak it strong enough. That we are over eating carbs. We excuse ourselves. We excuse ourselves. We excuse ourselves. We need to apply a self-discipline and restriction and learn how to deal without food. Just try and go without a meal. And once you skip breakfast all the time, once and a while skip lunch. And once in a while, skip lunch, dinner, and breakfast. Learn to go 36-hours. And see if you can do it, which is cleansing to the body under the supervision of course with your doctor. If you are a diabetic, you need to get a doctor’s counsel.

But we're all we're eating carbs. We're stimulating insulin. Insulin and those high sugars create a metabolic stress. It sends out stress hormones that inhibit ovulation. Then you just get the cysts on your ovaries, no egg every comes out, and then you become infertile, and it’s just a Catch 22.
