Fady Rezk, MSPAS, PA-C
Physician Assistant - Integrative Medicine

PA Rezk graduated from the University of Southern California, Irvine, with a degree in biological sciences in 2019, where he also assisted with research studies at the university’s Walsh Lab. After completing his undergraduate program and driven by his life’s calling to become a medical professional, PA Rezk worked on the front lines of healthcare as an EMT during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also served as St. Joseph Hospital’s Health Scholars program coordinator from 2018 to 2020, playing an integral role in the clinical team by assisting nurses and other staff in providing patient care across Medical Telemetry, Emergency, ICU, Pulmonary-Renal, and Orthopedics. PA Rezk’s strong desire to serve others and provide high-quality, patient-centered care led him to further his education, training, and experience as a healthcare provider.
He completed his Physician Assistant Program at Western University of Health Sciences, earning a master's degree in physician assistant studies. During his extensive clinical training in family practice and internal medicine, PA Rezk became disheartened by the quality of patient care and outcomes prevalent in many traditional Western medicine settings. Recognizing that patients needed further education on lifestyle changes—including nutrition, exercise, and stress management—to achieve better health, he chose to practice integrative and functional medicine at Tustin Longevity Center. PA Rezk combines his professional education, training, and experience with his deep commitment to patient well-being, ensuring that every patient feels heard, valued, and supported on their journey toward better health and quality of life.
