Return & Refund Policy
GENERAL POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a return (for a refund or exchange). To request a return, please contact our customer service team at office@tlcdoctors.com, by phone at (714) 544-1521 extension 400 or visit us in person.
In order for us to process your return without delay, please be aware:
- Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of the original purchase or shipping date (whichever is the more recent)
- To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns
- We do not charge restocking or refund handling fees
PRESCRIPTIONS
- Due to regulations, all prescription medications are ineligible for returns. The only exceptions are:
- If you were supplied with an incorrect prescription (an error on our part), or
- By prior authorization of the prescribing provider due to a medical issue or conflict with the prescription
REFUNDS
- Once received, the returns will be inspected, and we will notify you on the status of the return
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card (or original method of payment)
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on their card issuer’s policies
SHIPPING
- We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order
- If you receive a refund and the item is to be shipped back to you, the cost for return shipping will be deducted from the refund
